Here are some guidelines to keep your table in tip-top condition:

1. General Cleaning:
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the table.
- For regular cleaning, dampen the cloth with warm water, wring it out well, and gently wipe the table surface. Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or acidic cleaning agents, as these may damage the table's finish.

2. Surface Care:
- Do not place hot objects directly on the resin sections. Although resin can withstand some heat, prolonged exposure may cause discoloration or warping.
- Use coasters or placemats to prevent possible scratches or marks.
- If the finish becomes dull or scratched over time, you can rejuvenate its shine by using a mild polishing compound and a soft cloth.

3. Wood Care:

- To maintain the moisture content of the wood and prevent it from cracking or warping, avoid placing the table near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

- Natural wood can expand and contract with changes in humidity. It is normal for the wood to have slight movements.

- For deeper cleaning or to treat stains, use a specific wood cleaner, always following the manufacturer's instructions.

4. Spills:
- Address spills immediately to avoid stains. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the spill and then dry the area.
- If a stain occurs, especially on wood sections, consider consulting a furniture professional for advice on removal.

5. Protection:
- Consider using protective pads when placing heavy objects or electronics on the table to prevent possible indentations.
- Use trivets under hot plates or pots.

6. Annual Maintenance:
- Apply oil to the wood sections once a year or as needed, using a suitable wood oil to maintain its shine and ensure its protection. Before applying, make sure the table is clean and dry.

7. Avoid Chemicals:
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning agents, as they may react with the resin or damage the natural finish of the wood.

8. Moving the Table:
- When relocating the table, have it lifted by several people rather than dragged to ensure the table structure remains intact and to avoid possible scratches on the floor. Approximate weight of the table is 140 kg.

SAMAN undertakes, at its discretion, to make modifications, adjustments, repairs, replacements or additions to ensure that its products maintain this standard for 1 year, at no additional cost to the customer, considering the limitations and exceptions detailed below.

Limitations and exceptions

This warranty covers 1 year from the date of shipment of the product and is exclusive to the original purchaser. SAMAN's warranty, whether express or implied, covers only standard use of its products according to the product specifications and care guidelines shared with the customer at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover conditions arising from accidents, third party actions, environmental factors, misuse, abuse, damage during delivery, or results of unauthorized modifications or alterations. Conditions resulting from improper maintenance or care, or damage resulting from chemical treatments, cleaning agents or protective coatings on the product are also excluded. Use of such treatments and products voids all SAMAN warranties. The sole remedy for a product defect is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part by SAMAN, without extending the duration of the warranty. This will be carried out only after SAMAN receives a valid written claim of the defect from the original purchaser within 1 year from the shipment of the product. Although our pieces are designed to be durable, natural attributes such as movements, cracks, knots, warping, swelling and color changes are inherent to solid wood furniture and may occur over time. Various environmental factors can also influence the condition of your furniture throughout its lifespan. Elements such as light, temperature and humidity play a crucial role in the well-being of your furniture.

Variability in size and dimensions

The sizes and dimensions of SAMAN designs may differ slightly from the delivered products due to the natural expansion and contraction of wood, the inherent characteristics of the materials used and the handcrafted nature of SAMAN creations. The customer assumes all responsibility in connection with determining the exact size and dimension of a product. Any discrepancy in size or dimension due to a miscalculation on the part of the customer will not result in cancellation of an order or warrant a refund.

Variability in appearance

Customers should be aware that the appearance of the wood chosen for a specific product may differ from sample pieces due to the natural characteristics of the wood and the unique craftsmanship in each SAMAN product. Therefore, exact matching of shades, luster, or overall appearance of product finishes is not guaranteed. Customers should also be aware that SAMAN wood products may display mineral deposits, pits, gum streaks, pinholes, knots, fissures, cracks, color variations, distinctive grain patterns, darker heartwood, lighter sapwood, and more. The prevalence of these characteristics varies by wood type and can be seen in both handcrafted and machined items. Since no two SAMAN products are identical, one product is not guaranteed to look exactly like another.

Damage During Shipping

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. We strive to professionally package our items to ensure safe delivery. If you notice any visible damage in shipping, be sure to note it on the freight bill before accepting delivery. If you discover concealed damage, please file a claim within 5 days of receiving the shipment, making sure to include photos of the damage. Please retain all documentation and packaging materials, and contact us immediately to initiate a warranty claim.
